FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for aspiration of fragments of lens, vitreous body, fluids from eye ball. Peristaltic pump for ophthalmosurgical system consists of rotating rotor, on which at equal distance located are rollers, pressing working element made in form of flexible aspiration tube to starter in each point of contact. Pump is provided with additional rotor, on which at equal distance located are rollers. Rollers of one rotor are displaced with respect to rollers of the second rotor at half the angle between two rollers in such a way that axes of rollers of the first rotor are located in the middle of the axes of rollers of the second rotor. Into working element introduced is additional tube of the same diameter and length, which is pressed by rollers of the second rotor to starter. On ends tubes are connected into single main by T-joints.
EFFECT: application of invention reduces traumatising hydrodynamic impact on eye tissues due to creation of uniform aspiration flow.
