FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: device has laser radiation source, film of magnetic-optical material with periodical domain structure with declinations. Magnetic-optical material is made having variable thickness. Device additionally has variable magnetic field source, which field is perpendicular to plane of magnetic-optical material, and magnetic field source in plane, which is oriented along thickness gradient. Source of magnetic field which is perpendicular to surface of magnetic-optical material, is made in form of transparent current-conductive structures, one of conductors of which passes through center, second passes along edge of light beam aperture perpendicularly to thickness gradient.
EFFECT: higher functional capabilities of optical vortex holograms.
