FIELD: information storing technology.
SUBSTANCE: working layer for thermo-galvanic data carrier in form of elementary thermo-EMF sources is made by vacuum application of polymorph iron-nickel alloy containing 25-32% nickel, onto substrate at temperature 290-400 K, pressure (2-6)10-4 Pa, at speed 0.5-2 nm/s, until receiving a film with thickness 50-200 nm.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
