FIELD: engineering of digital thermo-galvanic information carriers with informational track made in form of a spiral.
SUBSTANCE: digital information is contained in form of elementary digital cells, each of which contains two bipolar EMF sources, connected to each other in parallel, and a semiconductor diode, providing for electric decoupling of elementary digital cells between each other, while beginning and end of the track are connected to current-taking areas for registration of read signal.
EFFECT: possible production of constructively simple, low cost disk information accumulator with possible multiple use with high operational characteristics, containing informational track in form of a spiral of any length.
