THERMO-GALVANIC DIGITAL INFORMATION CARRIER Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2239886 C2

FIELD: information storing technologies.

SUBSTANCE: device has working layer made in form of thin film of polymorph alloy, has serially placed elementary sources of thermo-EMF, amplitude of which is related to logical levels of digital information. Such technical decision allows multiple recording of information onto carrier without worsening of its properties and provides for keeping information during effect of intensive electromagnetic fields in broad temperature range.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
