DIGITAL INFORMATION CARRIER Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2265896 C2

FIELD: digital information carriers.

SUBSTANCE: device has information track made of solid polymorph-alloyed conductor and has information portions in form of serially connected elementary sources of electrostatic fields for dispersion of intensity of different direction and fixed value, formed due to contact difference of potentials.

EFFECT: device allows repeated rewriting of information and is capable of preserving information when working layer is under effect from electromagnetic fields and temperatures.
