Milky whey apoproteins are used to produce pharmaceutical preparation to inhibit pathogen adhesion to/on human or animal body surface. Pharmaceutically acceptable system for delivery of apoprotein includes one milky protein or mixtures thereof and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Agent for infection prophylaxis or treatment contains one milky apoprotein or mixture thereof and fatty acid or mixture thereof, or monoglyceride or mixture thereof.
