SUBSTANCE: beer dispensing device provides beer flow in vortex mode so that low-pressure area is formed in vortex beer flow. Beverage pressure of in low-pressure area falls below equilibrium pressure, which results in impetuous gas emission from beverage without the use of any flow restrictor and without pressure reduction typical for prior art devices.

EFFECT: possibility of beer supply to device under lower pressure, increased quality of foam formed on dispensed beer surface.
