FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: bottle contains metal liner with a shell, where compression stresses are formed, the shell is enclosed by an outer casing formed by spiral coils of the reinforcing steel material with the strength not less that the strength of the casing and spherical or elliptic bottoms. The coils of the outer casing are designed with a tension by means of creation in the bottle of the pressure which sustains stresses in circumferential direction of the liner, at least, equal to the value of yield stress of the liner metal and identical longitudinal stresses in each casing coil. The liner shell and outer casing can be designed with a coating from adhesive and anticorrosive materials; the strengthening material for the outer casing has the variable profile of the cross section.
EFFECT: invention allows to decrease the bottle mass, ensure shatterproof destruction and to increase service life of bottles.
