FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining availability of p53 gene in /+(O/R) genotype from allelic polymorphism in Bam HI RELP restrictase recognition site in 5 exon of this gene. The gene being found, large-scale ischemic brain lesion (greater than 90 cm3) is predicted with probability greater than 75% in the cases of blood supply disorder under minimum probability of small-scale (below 40 cm3) infarctions.
EFFECT: high accuracy in determining persons of high sensitivity among practically health people.
