FIELD: seismology.
SUBSTANCE: method includes threshold registration of signals of warning signs by measuring sensors distributed at dangerous regions of planet and transferring these signals to central dispatching station via global telecommunications network. Additional samples of measurements from several points of dangerous region are received by performing a forced call from central dispatching station of sensors adjacent to primary responding sensor, while adjusting threshold level of adjacent sensors. Characteristics of earthquake warning are predicted and population is informed on basis of software processing in central dispatching station of all measurements massive.
EFFECT: increased self-descriptiveness of population informing systems.
