FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to seismology and may find its application in creation of polygons of geophysical observations in seismic-dangerous regions of planet. System includes meters of observed parameter, which are mutually spaced on polygon metering base, which are connected to computer network. Each of meters contains route of acoustic waves reception from serially connected hydrophone with rotary antenna of circular scan, which are installed in natural reservoir of polygon, polytron, multichannel analyser, detector section, amplifier and analog-digital converter, which is connected to computer input.
EFFECT: increase of validity and expansion of time interval for anticipatory annunciation about forthcoming earthquake.
