FIELD: organic synthesis catalysts.
SUBSTANCE: catalyst contains, wt %: molybdenum 0.25-0.7, ethylbenzene hydroperoxide 0.5-15, ethanol 14-60, acetophenone 1.5-25, methylphenylcarbinol 2.5-35, ethylbenzene 7-30, water 0.5-5.2, methylphenylcarbinol-based ether or mixture of methylphenylcarbinol-based ethers 0.001-2.5, and trace components not exciding 1%.
EFFECT: increased epoxidation conversion and selectivity and improved storage stability of catalyst.
