FIELD: medicine, immunology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnosis of autoimmune process. Method involves assay of the level of circulating autoantibodies in biological fluids by detection of interaction of autoantigens with autoantibodies, the following identification and determination of the level of circulating autoantibodies using a labeled conjugate. Anti-IgE antibodies that are complementary to epsilon-chains of immunoglobulin E conjugated with a label are used as a conjugate with the following identification. Invention provides the development of method providing high sensitivity and specificity.
EFFECT: improved assay method.
