METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING AUTOLOGOUS ANTIBODIES IN BLOOD SERUM, ASSOCIATED WITH TYPE I AUTOIMMUNE POLYGLANDULAR SYNDROME, ON A HYDROGEL BIOCHIP Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC C12N15/00 C12Q1/68

Abstract RU 2781976 C2

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and constitutes a method for identifying autologous antibodies in blood serum, characteristic of type 1 autoimmune polyglandular syndrome (APS-1). The method is intended for multiplex detection of APC-1-specific autologous antibodies. The method includes providing a hydrogel biochip with immobilised autologous antigens, interacting a human blood serum sample with elements of the biochip, forming specific binary immune complexes of autologous antigens immobilised in the elements of the biochip, with autologous antibodies contained in the blood serum sample, detecting the resulting complexes using fluorescently labelled antispecies antibodies against class G human immunoglobulins, recording and interpreting the results of analysis on the biochip.

EFFECT: identification of autologous antibodies characteristic of APS-1.
