FIELD: forest engineering, in particular, equipment for sowing of bulk seeds of fruit and forest brush and wood kinds.

SUBSTANCE: forest drill has frame and planer-leveler. Ridge formers, seed guides and flexible seed embedding plates are positioned on lower surface of planer-leveler. Left-hand and right-hand coil springs are positioned on shafts of planer-leveler.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, provision for predetermined seed sowing depth, reduced metal usage, improved quality of young forest crops and reduced losses due to inadequate emergence of sprouts from soil.
