SUBSTANCE: device has body having hydraulic opening for forming blood flow, arresting member and cuff having fitting surface making contact with heart tissues and outer surface enveloping device body opening and making contact to blood flow. Silver wire is fixed at least on a part of cuff surface. Silver wire surface takes more than 5% of cuff surface area.
EFFECT: improved antibacterial and thrombus resistance.
