FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used in cardiosurgery for replacement of the human involved natural heart valves. The graft contains a case, a locking element and a cuff. The cuff comprises a rigid frame that forms an opening to arrange the ring case of a graft, a bearing support and a latch member fixing the cuff on a flange of the case of the graft. The bearing support is located in a zone adjoining to a mounting surface of the cuff, and represents a collar of the frame. The latch member is located in a zone adjoining to an outer surface of the cuff, and designed as a ring with two cams projecting over the outer surface of the cuff. The in-between zone of the cams comprises a slot on the ring. An instrument for implantation of the valve case into the cuff is designed as a distractor which is equipped with a limit stop of a set angle of its ends. On the ends, the distractor have the apertures with the dimensions exceeding a reciprocal dimensions of the collars on the cams of the latch member of the heart valve graft by cl. 1-4 and provides the collars to be matched with the apertures.
EFFECT: reducing number of risks of injures of the graft during regrafting of the heart valve.
