FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, cardiac surgery. SUBSTANCE: cardiac valve prosthesis has casing with blood flow forming opening, locking member and collar with receptacle surface contacting with cardiac tissues, outer surface embracing casing opening and contacting with blood flow. Prosthesis is further equipped with suture surgical thread fastened along collar perimeter so as to define 10-20 loops, each fixed in isolated manner in detachable member. Suture surgical thread loops are arranged at side adjoining to collar receptacle surface. Needles are fixed at surgical thread loop ends. Detachable member is made in the form of tubular shells fixed in retainer formed as disk with central opening for attachment on holder. Tubular shell attachment slots are formed on outer peripheral surface of disk. Prosthesis is used for replacement of affected natural cardiac valves. EFFECT: increased ergonomic coefficients of prosthesis due to reduced time for attachment thereof in fibrous ring. 4 cl, 2 dwg
