FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: cuff 1 comprises a rigid frame 6 located inside the cuff forming an opening 7 for heart valve prosthesis body installation on which a support element 8 is provided in the region adjacent to the cuff seating surface 2 in the form of an annular lip on the frame 6, and in the region adjacent to the outer surface 3 of the cuff, a locking member 9 is provided in the form of a split ring at the ends of which two cams 5 are arranged projecting over the outer surface 3 of the cuff, the side wall of the frame 6 located proximal to the support element 8, is provided in the form of longitudinal ribs 4 connected in series by curved bridges. On the ribs in the areas of their attachment to the supporting element and the ring base of the frame, as well as in the area of bridges attachment, there are thinnings, which allow local ribs bending the in the radial direction in these areas.
EFFECT: acceleration of the procedure for affected heart valves replacement.
