FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used in cardiosurgery. The prosthesis comprises a body with three frames and a cuff 1 having a mounting surface 4 contacting to cardiac tissues (II), and an external surface 1 contacting to blood flow (I). Over the external surface 3, there are two cams projecting. A perimetre-mounted flange is provided. The cuff comprises a frame 9 forming a hole for mounting a prosthesis body with support and lock 2 members which form a quick-release joint of the body and the cuff with fixing together the flange on the ring-shaped prosthesis body in the cuff body. The lock element 12 represents a split collar which is provided with two cams projecting over the external surface of the cuff. The internal and face surfaces of the body and frames are wrapped up with a xenopericardium plate. The body frames are wrapped up with another xenopericardium plate with its parts being closed down between the frames on the body with forming elastic shutters.

EFFECT: reduced risks of patient's injury and valve prosthesis cuff damage during implantation, as well as provided thromboresistant properties of the prosthesis.
