FIELD: restoration of articles of low-alloy steels operating under large sign-variable loads, namely assemblies and parts of railway road moving stock.
SUBSTANCE: ceramic flux contains, mass %: magnesium oxide, 24 - 35; aluminum oxide, 15 - 25; silicone oxide, 25 - 38; calcium fluoride, 7 - 17; powdered aluminum, 0.1 - 2; titanium oxide, 0.1 - 9, sodium silicate, the balance. Aluminum oxide is added in the form of alumina and (or) corundum. Relation of silicone oxide content to total content of calcium fluoride and titanium oxide is to be in range 1.46 - 3.52. Relation of silicone oxide content to total content of aluminum oxide and titanium oxide is to be in range 0.74 - 1.65.
EFFECT: enlarged range of technological properties of flux and metal, improved quality, increased useful life period of restored parts.
