FIELD: powered welding and surfacing of articles of low-alloy steels operating at large sign-variable loads, mainly wear resistant surfacing of units and parts of railway road rolling stock.
SUBSTANCE: wire contains next relation of ingredients, mass %: carbon, 0.08 - 0.12; chrome, 0.50 - 1.00; silicon, 0.50 - 0.90; manganese, 1.50 - 1.90; molybdenum, 0.15 - 0.60; vanadium, 0.05 - 0.20; sulfur, no more than 0.025; phosphorus, no more than 0.03; nickel, no more than 0.30; calcium, 0.005 - 0.009, titanium, 0.05 - 0.15; iron, the balance. Carbon equivalent Ce of welding wire composition is in range 0.54 - 0.75%. Relation of total content of chrome, molybdenum, vanadium and titanium to manganese content is in range 0.6 - 1.1.
EFFECT: optimal physical-mechanical properties of seam metal, improved quality of welding.
