FIELD: working of metals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surfacing materials for arc surfacing and restoration of worn parts made of low-alloyed and carbon steels. The fused-ceramic flux compises components in the following ratio, wt. %: granodiorite 5.0 to 6.0, calcium fluoride 3.0 to 4.0, marble 3.5 to 4.5, titanomagnetite 3.0 to 4.0, braunite 0.8 to 1.5, calcium tungstate 1.5 to 2.5, zirconium dioxide 1.9 to 2.5, silicon dioxide 1.5-2.5, ferromanganese 19.0 to 20.0, graphite 5.0 to 6.0, ferrochrome 28.0 to 29.0, AN-22 flux the rest.
EFFECT: flux provides an increase in the wear resistance and hardness of the surfaced metal with a low production cost of the flux due to the application of the mineral raw materials base of the Far East for manufacture of welding materials.
