FIELD: machine engineering, namely clamping devices used for fixing holder of one or several parts subjected to working in position accurately determined beforehand.
SUBSTANCE: according to one variant of invention clamping device includes clamping chuck and holder of worked parts joined to clamping chuck with possibility of unclamping, having flat lower surface and clamping pin extending from said flat lower surface. Clamping chuck has central opening for said pin and cone inlet part. Clamping pin has at least one zone of its surface whose contour corresponds to that of cone inlet portion of central opening of clamping chuck in order to provide extended position of clamping pin along X and (or) Y axis. Clamping chuck includes clamping mechanism for fixing clamping pin in central opening and it has at least one zone of surface that serves as stop in direction of Z axis. Dimension of clamping pin provides (before driving clamping mechanism) gap between flat lower surface of holder and surface zone of clamping chuck used as stop in direction of Z axis after introducing clamping pin to central opening of clamping chuck with possibility of engaging at least of one portion of surface of clamping pin with cone inlet portion of central opening for positioning clamping pin relative to clamping chuck along X and (or) Y axis. Clamping pin and (or) zone around central opening of clamping chuck are adapted for elastic deformation of them at driving clamping mechanism for further pulling clamping pin into central opening and for simultaneously displacing holder towards clamping chuck zone used as stop along Z axis until said flat lower surface of holder rests upon said zone.
