SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heterocyclic compounds with substituted phenyl group of the formula (I):

or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt wherein R¹ represents (C₁-C₆)-alkyl; R² represents (C₁-C₆)-alkyl; R³ represents hydrogen (H) or halogen atom and

represents the substituted heterocycle as given in cl. 1 of invention claim; X represents NH or oxygen atom (O). Also, invention relates to a method for preparing compounds of the formula (I) and to pharmaceutical preparations for their applying in inhibition of gastric acid secretion based on these compounds. Invention provides preparing new compounds and pharmaceutical preparations based on thereof eliciting an anti-inflammatory activity with respect to gastroenteric diseases.
