FIELD: petroleum processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns compositions based on neutralized oil sludge. Composition according to invention contains, wt parts per 100 wt parts neutralized sludge: mazut 50-500, group I-II metal (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium_ sulfites 8-15, group I-II metal (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium_ metal sulfonates 35-45, water 8-12, trithanolamine oleate salt 0.3-0.7. Composition has high content of sulfide phase (500-100 mcm) and thereby high mechanical resistance and reduced aggregative stability.
EFFECT: enabled rapid quality separation of liquid and solid phases to produce hydrocarbon fuel similar to fuel oils.
