FIELD: electromechanical converters for converting translational movement energy of wind stream.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electrostatic machine has frame, movable electrode, fixed electrode with annular sectors on insulating substrate, auxiliary electrode affording field potential across movable electrode, wind stream header, and focusing channel. Movable electrode is made in the form of electrolyte and air gap between electrodes is filled with liquid ferroelectric.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of wind translational movement energy utilization.
