SUBSTANCE: method involves providing substantial degassing of semi-finished product and contacting of said product with surface of at least one supersonic emitter for producing of uniformly denatured layer; forming thin, hermetic, form stabilizing, independent coagulated casing on product surface.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for conditions preventing product from undesired sticking to processing equipment.
