FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves recording R-R-intervalogram. Its further spectral analysis is carried out on basis of wavelet transformation ,a , a>0, where W(a,b) is the wavelet under study, ψ((t-b)/a) is the analyzing wavelet. Scalograms and local spectra are built on basis of the wavelet coefficient. Power of each physiologically significant range influence exerted upon cardiac rhythm variability is determined. Local wavelet spectrum power variations in time are calculated relative to its preceding value. Variations exceeding 15% in taking measurements are evaluated as studied vegetative nervous system part (sympathetic or parasympathetic) tonus variations that describes cardiac contraction frequency optimization processes.
EFFECT: improved estimate of infantine cardiac rhythm variability regulation.
