FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to pediatrics, and can be used to predict the risk of dysaptation of cardiac activity in children with epilepsy. Essence of the method: in children in the interictal period of epilepsy, the serum levels of activity of the myocardial isoform of creatine phosphokinase and the levels of the main spectral parameters of heart rate variability are determined: the total power of the spectrum, the low-frequency component of the heart rate and the high-frequency component of the heart rate. Further, a high risk of dysaptation of cardiac activity is predicted at activity levels of myocardial isoform of creatine phosphokinase from 0.35 to 0.42 mckat/l, with levels of total spectrum power from 1,465 to 1,880 ms2, at levels of the low-frequency component of the heart rate from 614 to 851 ms2 and at the levels of the high-frequency component of the heart rate from 404 to 751 ms2. And a low risk of dysaptation of cardiac activity is predicted at levels of activity of the myocardial isoform of creatine phosphokinase from 0.28 to 0.34 mckat/l, at levels of total power spectrum from 2,554 to 3,500 ms2, at the levels of the low-frequency component of the heart rate from 1,300 to 1,479 ms2 and at high-frequency component levels from 975 to 2,178 ms2.
EFFECT: present invention provides improved accuracy of predicting the risk of dysaptation of cardiac activity in children with epilepsy.
