FIELD: medicine, arthrology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with plastic restoration of osseous bottom while applying cotyloid component of total hip joint's endoprosthesis. As an alloplastic material one should apply a cranial fragment out of occipital-parietal area to be fixed with screws that provides intergrowing and substitution with an own bone of applied implant that, in its turn provides articular function.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of alloplasty.
