FIELD: sportive equipment.

SUBSTANCE: sportive exercising apparatus has frame with base and sternal muscle exercising device, support, movable seat, rollers attached to seat, T-shaped guide, detachable springs for expander, and tie-rods. Frame and T-shaped guide are mounted at an angle to ground surface, which may be changed, and frame and guide may be fixed at required angle by means of support and tie-rod. Support is connected with its upper end to frame upper part and with its lower end to frame base by means of tie-rod. Seat is connected to frame by means of detachable springs, whose upper ends are connected at single point on seat and lower ends are distributed along frame base. Sternal muscle exercising device has two levers pivotally fixed on frame upper part and connected with one another or with seat by means of tie-rods. Seat is equipped with three rollers. Apparatus may be used for exercising of main groups of hand, leg and trunk muscles preferably in home conditions. Construction of apparatus allows the entire complex of exercises to be done at adjusted loading, with following folding of apparatus to storage position.
