FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to railway transport. Control is performed by a device, which includes a control unit located on the locomotive, a controller arranged on the car, as well as a system of electro-pneumatic valves located on the car. System of electro-pneumatic valves provides the possibility of disconnection of the brake line from the main line part of the car air distributor, the possibility of connecting the cavity of the valve chamber of the main part of the air distributor with both the atmosphere and with the air distributor working chamber channel, as well as the possibility of disconnecting the cavity of the valve chamber of the air distributor main part from the two-chamber reservoir. System comprises two electro-pneumatic units, one of which is arranged between the two-chamber reservoir and the main line part of the air distributor, and the second one – between the two-chamber reservoir and the main part of the air distributor.
EFFECT: provided is accelerated brakes release and reduced lengthwise dynamic forces originating in the rolling stock at the release.
