FIELD: inorganic compounds technology.
SUBSTANCE: dry aluminum hydroxochloride widely used in a variety of areas, including treatment of drinking and industrial waste waters, is obtained in fluidized-bed apparatus by interaction of drying agent with aluminum hydroxochloride solution, drying being carried out for 3-10 min in fluidized bed of inert bodies in amount 0.5 to 1.5 kg per 1 kg product. Temperature of drying agent ranges from 80 to 150оС and its velocity is 4.0-6.0 m/s.
EFFECT: reduced content of insoluble impurities in product and lowered investments.
