FIELD: technical articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making under-rail and on-sleeper rubber gasket-shock-absorbers. Gasket-shock-absorbers are made from rubber mixture of the following composition, mas. p. p.: regenerate, 20-80; isoprene rubber or its mixture with butadienemethyl-styrene rubber, sulfur, 0.5-6.0; Captax, 0.3-6.0; thiuram, 0.1-3.0; product of interaction of novolacs phenol-formaldehyde resin with aromatic polyamine representing a technical mixture of isomers of diaminodiphenylmethane and 3-4-nucleus of tri- and tetraamines in the ratio resin:polyamine from 90:10 to 15:85, 5-30; hexamethylenetetramine, 0.5-5.0; zinc white, 0.3-4.0; paraffin, 0.2-3.0; powder filling agent, 5-50; fiber glass or mineral fiber, 5-50. Fibers with length 0.5-300 mm and the interaction product are added to regenerative-rubber mass at the stage of mixing followed by addition of other components. Method provides increasing the relative elongation, strength indices and stability after effects of climate with large gradient of year temperatures.

EFFECT: improved making method, valuable technical properties of shock-absorbers.
