FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing biologically active food additives and medicinal preparations. The method has been suggested to obtain phospholipid concentrate. The method deals with removing the moisture out of phosphatide emulsion obtained after treating vegetable oil with one of the known techniques. Moreover, removal of moisture should be fulfilled due to extracting phospholipids out of phosphatide emulsion with liquefied gases of some hydrocarbons,, fluoro- and chlorofluoroderivatives of hydrocarbons at ratio of phosphatide emulsion and liquefied gases being 1:3.5, at 30-50 C and pressure being 1.0-8.0 105Pa. Then one should remove extragent out of obtained extract of phopholipids at 5-30 C. he innovation enables to keep native properties of phospholipids and increase biological activity of the end product.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
