FIELD: aeronautical and space engineering; support units for sound-absorbing panels of aircraft engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed support unit includes honeycomb filler located between upper and lower skins which are made from composite material, bush with flanges on both sides which is received by hole in upper skin and in honeycomb filler; bush is secured to them over flanges and lateral surface with the aid of adhesive composition. Bush is connected with honeycomb filler through one or more intermediate members made in form of plate dividing the structural depth of three-layer panel in zone of support unit into parts whose number exceeds number of intermediate member by one.
EFFECT: enhanced strength and reduced mass of support unit.
