SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used for the manufacture of space structures, in particular cellular panels intended for the manufacture, for example, of the housings of unpressurised spacecraft that have support units, in the form of embedded elements installed in the holes of the cellular panel, designed to mount structures, instruments and equipment on their surface. The reference node of the cellular panel is made in the form of a sleeve with two flanges, installed in a blind hole in the cellular panel and fixed with a cellular filler using an adhesive joint. Moreover, a gasket is installed at the bottom of the blind hole, between the cellular filler and the sleeve. The method for installing the reference node consists in making a blind hole in the cellular panel, installing a reference node in the specified hole, made in the form of a sleeve with two flanges, on the upper flange of which a clamping element is placed, which is positioned with the reference node using coaxial holes, through which an adhesive composition is introduced into the voids between the cellular filler and the central part of the sleeve. At the bottom of the blind hole in the cellular panel, a gasket is laid, on top of which a reference node is installed. In this case, the clamping element is connected to the sleeve by means of a bolted connection. After polymerization of the adhesive composition, the clamping element is dismantled.

EFFECT: reduction of the mass of structures, elimination of excess stress zones, absence of displacement of the center of mass from the calculated position.
