Application member 8 extends outside body through orifice 9 formed in body 5. Device has support part 8c, located in body 5 so that support part may rotate about axis of rotation, and application tip 8a. Film moves from delivery means to application means 8. Application tip 8a extends from support part 8c so that obtuse angle W is formed in-between. Above obtuse angle is opened to side 30a of film approaching application means 8.
EFFECT: reduced device structure size, increased operational efficiency.
