FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy, in particular chlorine metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes concentration of calcium chloride solution, heat treatment in fluidized bed with fuel gas, grain cooling, collecting of flour particles from processes of heat treatment and grain cooling, and recirculation thereof in concentration step. Before concentration solution containing chlorate and active chlorine id additionally treated with reducing agent, and flour fraction is divided in two parts. One part is used in concentration step to produce calcium chloride content of up to 46-50 %, and another one is recirculated in fluidized bed for heat treatment. Sodium hydrosulfide or carbamide solution is used as reducing agent. Method affords the ability to treat calcium chloride solution, containing chlorate and active chlorine, obtained in gas cleaners.

EFFECT: improved process for producing of granular calcium chloride.
