FIELD: agriculture, in particular, drying, disinfecting, sterilizing and presowing treatment of agricultural product.

SUBSTANCE: method involves placing agricultural raw material in trays in regulated position inside chamber; creating vacuum and providing complex heating of material by heated air flow, supersonic elastic vibrations, infrared and wave radiation; in the course of vapor condensation, providing fractional separation and regeneration of volatile components and extract and directing into individual receptacles. Apparatus has trays for placement of agricultural material, said trays being freely hung on drum for rotation around basic axis and periodic approaching of raw material to radiation sources and departure therefrom.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities allowing periodically changeable raw materials to be processed, provision for obtaining of ecologically clean product and improved environment control.
