FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting a patient to 1 min long static and dynamic exercise test in squeezing with working hand at 30% of maximum force rate concurrently bending the same arm in elbow in moving the forearm from horizontal to vertical position at a rate of 55-60 flexions per 1 min measured with metronome. Central hemodynamic values responsible for contractile myocardial capacity are determined by applying thoracic tetrapolar rheography method before carrying out test and at the fifth min of recovery period. The values are Blumberg coefficient, initial rate of intraventricular blood pressure growth and intrasystolic index. The values obtained in the second measurement cycle are divided by the values of the corresponding first measurement cycle values. The obtained results mean arithmetic value is calculated denoted by K. K value being greater than 1, static and dynamic loading effectiveness prognosis is considered to be favorable during acute myocardial infarction patients rehabilitation period. K being less than 1, the prognosis is unfavorable.

EFFECT: high safety level of test; enhanced effectiveness of investigations in early period.
