FIELD: medicine, urology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting pathologically mobile kidney (nephroptosis). One should perform standard excretory urograms for 10 min in patient's lying and standing positions. One should detect the angle of renal rotation in sagittal plane being the angle developed by lines passing through long renal axis in patient's lying and standing positions, additionally, one should detect the degree of renal rotation due to angular cosine developed in horizontal plane by lines passing through long renal axis in patient's lying and standing positions, and in frontal plane between lines being perpendicular to long renal axis passing through portal fissure in the same patient's positions. The method enables to reliably detect rotation angle of pathologically mobile kidney in three planes according to the data of standard excretory urograms, diagnose the disease at earlier stages and, totally, considerably improve patients life quality in his (her) efficient age, decrease the state's costs for doubling and sometimes groundless surveys.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
