FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring relations of renal pelvis axis lengths to each other in lying position and with Valsalva test by reproducing shadow X-ray picture of axial skeleton and renal pelvis on skiagram and building scheme for calculating coefficient value. To do it, a vertical line is drawn at the edges of transverse processes Of L2 and L4. Four perpendicular lines are drawn from it over the most distant upper and lower renal pelvis points in clinostasis position (AB) and with Valsalva test (A1B1) and then join the most distant upper and lower points with line (AC) in clinostasis position to its intersection with perpendicular line (21) at the bottom and the most distant upper and lower renal pelvis points with Valsalva test with line (A1C1) to its intersection with perpendicular line (1) at the top. Kidney mobility is determined from kidney mobility coefficient value (Km) that is calculated from formula . EFFECT: high accuracy in determining kidney mobility. 3 dwg
