FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves building an invaginating valve mechanism 20 cm far from two hollow organs anastomosis using silicon draining tube, and making postoperative control by recording invaginating valve mechanism cusp closure by means of radiation sources like light-emitting diode and receivers like photodiode. The light-emitting diode is set in front of invaginating valve cusps on two rigid insulated fixing electrodes arranged in parallel to each other. Greater valve lumen slit axis belongs to the plane of the electrodes fixed above and below the photodiode. Both light-emitting diode and photodiode are mounted on the silicon draining tube end into which current-conducting wires are introduced. The light-emitting diode and photodiode are separated by distance of 20 mm.
EFFECT: high reliability of valve cusp position and closure data obtained in postoperative period.
