FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with applying anastomosis of hollow organs. Muscular and mucous-submucous fragments of a hollow organ are mobilized. The ratio of fragments is 1 : 3. The upper part of muscular fragment is sutured from the side of serosa right through, then from the side of mucosa. Muscular pulp developed at the top is sutured. The edge of mucous- submucous fragment is sutured with the same ligatures. Eight sutures are applied at the same level at similar distances against each other. The method prevents the inflow of abducting hollow organ content into the lumen of an adducting one. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg, 1 ex
