Abstract RU 2242994 C1

FIELD: veterinary science, virology, biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: strain № R-72 VNIIZZH that is pathogen of parvoviral enteritis in dogs is obtained by multiple successive passages on sensitive primary and transplantable cell cultures. The strain is deposited in All-Russian State collection of microorganisms used in veterinary and animal husbandry, All-Russian State scientific-research institute for control, standardization and certification of veterinary preparations in agriculture ministry and foodstuffs of Russian Federation (VGNKI) from 15. 05. 2000 at registering № R-72 VNIIZZH. Virus of the strain № R-72 VNIIZZH is produced in kitten and puppy kidney primary cell cultures and in pig kidney transplantable cells for 48-96 h of incubation and accumulated at titer value 1:256. The strain № R-72 VNIIZZH retains the parent indices in passage in cell cultures for 60 passages. The strain elicits high biological, antigenic and immunogenic activity and useful for preparing highly specific diagnostic and vaccine preparations.

EFFECT: valuable properties of strain.
