SUBSTANCE: vaccine has been proposed. The vaccine contains an active substance and a target additive. The vaccine contains the following two components as an active substance: the liquid component is a mixture of inactivated purified antigenic material from the Gray strain of canine parvovirus enteritis, Parvoviridae fam., Protoparvovirus genus, Carnivore protoparvovirus 1 species of collection of “ФГБУ “"ВНИИЗЖ" under registration number: No. 27 — “ГКШМ ФГБУ” "ВНИИЗЖ"; from inactivated purified antigenic material from the "Rich" strain of canine coronavirus enteritis, Coronaviridae fam., Alphacoronavirus genus, Alphacoronavirus 1 species of “ФГБУ” “ВНИИЗЖ” collection under registration number: No. 376 — dep/22-10 of “ФГБУ” “ВНИИЗЖ”; from inactivated purified antigenic material from "ВГНКИ" strain of adenovirus infection of dogs of Adenoviridae fam., Mastadenovirus genus, Canine mastadenovirus A species, serotype 1 of collection of “ФГБУ” "ВНИИЗЖ" under registration number: No. 29 — “ГКШМ ФГБУ” "ВНИИЗЖ"; and a dry component — lyophilized attenuated purified antigenic material from "Rockborn" strain of canine distemper virus, Paramyxoviridae fam., Morbillivirus genus of ФГБУ "ВНИИЗЖ" collection under registration number: No. 28 — “ГКШМ ФГБУ” "ВНИИЗЖ"; and the following targeted additives: 3% aluminum hydroxide gel and stabilizing medium, taken in a volume ratio of 30.0:30.0:30.0:80.0:10.0:20.0, respectively, and in amounts that ensure the protective immunogenic activity of each antigen in the body of dogs after administration of the target drug.

EFFECT: claimed vaccine has increased stability, antigenic and immunogenic activity, allows to increase the intensity of immunity in vaccinated animals by obtaining virions with a full range of antigens.
