FIELD: mills for continuous rolling of tubes.
SUBSTANCE: mill includes stands mounted on pedestal and inclined by 45 degrees relative to horizon and by angle 90 degrees one to other; kinematically joined with said stands cylindrical reduction gears and motors mounted at inclination angle in frames secured to foundations. Said motors are mounted in frame with possibility of motion in plane normal relative to their axes. Reduction gears are joined with motors through clutches. Bases of pedestal for stands and frames carrying reduction gears and motors are arranged in the same level. Said pedestal and frames are rigidly joined one with others.
EFFECT: reduced size of rolling mill, simplified design of foundation, enhanced operational reliability and increased useful life period of mill.
